HOW DOES IT WORK?
Direct Primary Care (DPC) is a membership based model that brings medicine back to its roots. Peak Health DPC does not accept insurance, but this benefits you, the patient! This means less paperwork and less interference for us, and no copays, so we can spend more time with you, listening to your needs and goals. You also get access to your provider through texting, phone calls and email in addition to traditional office visits.

If you need additional labs, pathology, etc. then we give them to you at or near cost. We strive to make pricing transparent so that you can make the best decisions for you and your family. We are able to offer you these services at or near cost due to working directly with the lab and not having insurance companies set our prices. Now that's direct care!

Peak Health DPC also offers a Functional Medicine Membership and Functional Health Coaching membership. These memberships are for those wanting to deep dive into the root cause of complex health issues. We offer specialized additional testing and provide you with valuable insight into what these tests mean for your health and what you can do about it.

Please note we are currently only accepting patients 18-64 years old.
We do not accept Medicare eligible patients at this time.
We do not prescribe controlled substances at this time.

In-person and video visits, same- or next- day appointments
Convenient video visits are available. We strive to offer scheduling for same or next day appointments. Note that physicals and InBody 970 scans need to be performed in office.

How it works
We offer our direct primary care membership to employers at a discounted rate of:
$99/month if you have 5 or more employees.
We offer other membership at different discounts depending on the number of your employees as well.
